Villa renovation
This dilapidated square front villa had not had any major work done for almost 50 years, when the then owners removed all villa features. This makeover project included the replacement of the entire square front and restoration of the original bay villa, addition of an ensuite bathroom, a bedroom and modern open plan kitchen and living areas. The owners were thrilled that we restored the beautiful original villa features, while providing modern indoor/outdoor living spaces. |

Bungalow renovation
This 1950s brick bungalow was given a full makeover. The original house had 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Only 1 wall of the original property remained unchanged. This spectacular 400 square metre home now boasts 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and several spacious living areas both inside and out. |
