In 2001, we decided to have a 2800 square foot extension added to our house. We engaged the services of Geoff Whelan as our builder, and were delighted with the attention to detail and quality of the finish.

Geoff oversaw the sub-contractors and made sure our best interests were the priority. The job was completed earlier than expected and came in under budget. Geoff kept us fully informed with regular progress reports and provided several alternative ideas that we adopted, which both improved the final result and saved us money.  Could not have been happier.

Whelan Building were employed to completely renovate the living area of our Ponsonby villa, including the addition of new lounge, dining and kitchen areas. Geoff and his team were completely professional throughout.
